Each custom furniture piece will have to go through a few stages before it is ready to be delivered to your home. After manufacturing is complete, the pieces will have to ship to our warehouse and pass a quality assurance checklist. If we find any issues then we will have to address them as needed. This will be at no cost to you.
Last-Mile Delivery
When a custom furniture piece has passed our quality assurance checklist, we will notify you that your items are ready to be delivered. We have partnered up with Lugg for on On-Demand white glove delivery right to your home. Delivery can easily be scheduled through their app for same-day delivery. Unless stated otherwise, Last-Mile Delivery is the client's responsibility.
